To integrate SharePoint into a software, the IT Administrator should first create an app and set some user permissions through the Azure portal while having logged into a business 365 account. 

### ➡️ Tenants: modifying options            

In Azure AD, **a tenant **represents an organization, such as SOFT1. In single-tenant installments, each company creates its own app in Azure AD. Therefore, the IT Administrator will create separate apps for each company in the group, to integrate SOFT1 ERP with SharePoint.
