Discounts are a key element of commercial transactions, directly modifying pricing, profitability and overall sales strategy of a business. In SOFT1 ERP, **discounts** can be set through <span style="color: #0747a6">Pricing Policy</span> or <span style="color: #0747a6">Credit Policy</span> design. They are also **directly related **with various **Trading parties **and **Stock Items parameters.**

Manage discounts in SOFT1 ERP to:

- **be able to enter up to three (3) discounts **(*Discount 1, Discount 2, Discount 3)*, that can be combined in the Document,
- **manage qty & value discounts **based on the needs of each transaction,
- **apply discounts with flexibility**,** **cumulative/successively and automatically/manually,
- **set fixed discounts for specific Stock Items and/or Trading parties** without requiring manual calculation or policy design,
- **perform** **Maximum discount control **ensuring that discounts do not exceed the defined limits. This prevents them from being applied reducing profitability.
