SOFT1 ERP enables users to update sales prices massively or individually, even during the invoicing of the purchase document. Wholesale and/or Retail prices can be updated online or manually by performing the *Update Sales Prices based on Documents* job, using various pricing factors, such as the purchase price in Docs or the Markup set in each Item's profile. Moreover, when creating a Purchase Doc, you may check in real time the new prices to be applied to Items using the *Update Sales Prices* job.

The Update Sales Prices based on Documents job* (Commercial management → Sales → Prices - Pricing Policies) *is essential for updating the Wholesale & Retail prices in the item profiles, if the Calculate Sales Price field *(Doc Type → Commercial data tab)* is set to Batch. Specifically, in this job, ONLY the Doc Types set to **Batch **are available.
