In SOFT1 ERP, you can use email accounts to automate processes and simplify daily tasks.

To allow users to send and receive emails directly through SOFT1 using their Outlook or Gmail accounts, specific setup is required. You can set up and link an email account with a SOFT1 account in one of the following ways:

1. Go to **General System Settings **(*Internet → tab: email*). This setup allows the specified email account to be used by **all users** accessing SOFT1 from the workstation.

2. Go to **Email accounts** (*Parameters Menu → Users & Rights*) to set individual email accounts. Then assign an email account to a specific SOFT1 user (field: email Account). Each user can only be linked to one email account. 🆘  *User-specific settings prevail over the General System Settings on the workstation.*

If you want all users of a specific workstation to use a shared email account, e.g. [product@SOFT1.gr](mailto:info@softone.gr), you need to set it through the ***General System Settings ****(tab: Internet → Email)*
