To enable SOFT1 users to send and receive emails through their **Google **accounts directly within the ERP, **administrators **must create the required OAuth 2.0 credentials: a **Google Client ID and Client Secret.**

- A single set of credentials (Client ID & Secret) can be shared across all users within a company in SOFT1 ERP. Alternatively, you can create separate credentials (Client ID & Secret) for each department or even for individual employees/users.
- Client ID & Secret creation is supported for both personal and business Google accounts.
