In SOFT1 ERP you can manage** outstanding stock quantities**, allowing for<span style="color: #00b8d9"> </span>real-time monitoring of stock item balances based on their ‘**status**’ (e.g. available for sale/shipping, expected, reserved, For repair/return, etc.).

Outstanding stock quantities result<span style="color: #00b8d9"> </span>from item transactions at various transaction stages. For instance, a sales order may reserve a certain quantity of the item in<span style="color: #00b8d9"> </span>a W/H, an order to a supplier may create a pending order<span style="color: #00b8d9"> </span>for a certain quantity, a Delivery note<span style="color: #ff991f"> </span>may set/categorize a certain quantity of an item as 'To be shipped', etc.
