Αctual and updated stock balances in a report. The Physical Inventory Report has been specifically designed to display the quantities included in the Physical Inventory Documents. It is available in  Commercial Management → Stock Management → Opening Balances - Physical Inventory → Physical Inventory Report. Work as follows: Set the  Dates ,  Series ,  Type,  and  W/H Counted . Narrow down the stock items, by using the Report’s filters.  The following filters affect the Report’s results: Physical stock taking based on lot : The Lot code is displayed. Items with zero qty : All Stock items are displayed. Variation analysis : The item’s total balance is displayed first, followed by detailed balances per Variation. Use the  drill-down  feature by clicking on each entry to see or modify any recorded physical count in the Physical Inventory Document.
