Fixed Asset **Readjustment **or **Destruction **are procedures that occur in specific cases, such as changes in the objective value of an asset, and are crucial for accurately updating the financial data of fixed assets.

:check_mark: By accessing the SOFT1 ERP [reports ](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/243925309/Reports)(*Financials → Fixed Assets→ Reports→ Official Reports*) you can view detailed transactions of fixed assets and their Current Value from the **Analytical Fixed Assets Status**. Alternatively, you can view summarized values from the **Summary Fixed Assets Status **report. If you opt for the ‘Summary Fixed Assets Status' report, ensure you have selected '**Yes' in the 'Include sold/destroyed F/A**’ filter to view those that have been sold or destroyed.

:check_mark: The updating of the F/A financial data is affected by the 'Transaction behavior' set in F/A Documents → Type → F/A Transactions

Below are some practical operational examples illustrating the Asset Readjustment and Destruction processes.
