Set the Employees parameters (*Parameters menu → CRM → Employees-Contacts → Employees parameters*) in the** Employees Calendar** area in SOFT1 ERP, in order to activate the necessary data (e. g. Working hours - Doc. Series, time off, non-work, etc. ) and make them available for use in myWorkplace. These parameters are applicable to the Work Schedule, the [Work Calendar](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/189269034) and the [Work Monitor](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/189268891).

The parameters apply to all Employees - based on role/job/organizational unit. Some of them require setup in SOFT1 ERP, automating HR processes.

See below how to set the Employee Parameters and what is activated in SOFT1 ERP and [myWorkplace ](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/189269072)respectively.
