You need to design your company’s Working hours in SOFT1 ERP, which can be used directly: - in [Work Monitor ](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268891/Work+Monitor)and [Work Calendar](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189269034/Work+Calendar), from which you can create your employees' schedules and get information about working hours. - in reports, such as the Work Schedule to depict the total working hours of your employees (for HR) and the Working Time Analysis (for Payroll) to display the employment period. - in jobs/files, such as Working Time Setup - Weekly Fixed or/and Working Time Setup - Flexible/Modified per Day to: - view information related to the fixed working hours of your company’s employees, - submit/send a record of individual dates, referring either to the actions of employees with fixed hours, *e.g. urgent remote work** **for a specific date*, or those working with shifts, - export the information to an .xml file and finally proceed to submit the above to the IS ERGANI. --- ---
