Set specific rights for each user for SOFT1 ERP Core Operations, which are directly related to the User Interface (*e.g. Access to the Main Portal upon login to SOFT1 ERP, etc.).*
The **Core operations** tab is available in the **User’s Profile** (*Parameters Menu → Users & Rights → Users*). If a right is saved two or more times in the grid, then the message “Saving New Entry is not allowed. Field ‘Right’ already exists" will be displayed.
To remove a User Right from the grid, use the Ctrl + Del key combination.

| #### **Menus & Personalized menu** |
| Menus: right to use Soft1 menus | Allows users to access the default [Menus](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189267990/Soft1+menu), namely the Jobs, Parameters, and Tools menus.
If the user does not have this right, they will only have access to their Group and/or Personalized menu. |
| Menus: right to use personalized menu | Users are allowed to design their own personalized menu, tailored to their needs. |
| Menus: prohibition of use of menus Favorites - History | Users are not allowed to access the [Favorites and History](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189267990/Menu#Favorites-&-History) menus. |
| #### **Portal & Hyperlinks** |
| Portal: right to access | Users are allowed to access [Portal](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268620/Soft1+Portal) and design a custom Dashboard. |
| Hyperlinks: right to use | Users are allowed to access [Hyperlinks](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189269056/Hyperlinks), which enables them to view these links on their screens, providing easy access to the relevant information. |
| #### **FinTech Service** |
| Fintech: access right to portal | Users are allowed to access FinTech service (in view-only mode), to check for example the balance and view transaction history.
*💡For this right, ‘Portal: right to access’ must also be granted.* |
| Fintech: right to make transactions | Users are allowed to access FinTech service with the right to make transactions.
*💡For this right, ‘Portal: right to access’ must have been granted.*
*💡The Right to make transactions prevails over the access right to Fintech Portal and can be granted on its own. * |
| #### **Screens & Browsers** |
| - Screens - Select (right to select Screens)
- Browsers - Select (right to select Browsers) | Users are allowed to use the default Screens and/or Browsers (i.e those with the S1 logo).

| - Screens - Design (right to design custom Screens).
- Browsers- Design (right to design custom Browsers) | Users are allowed to modify Screens and/or Browsers, as well as to design new/custom ones. |
| - Screens - Defaults (right to set as default Screens).
- Browsers - Defaults (right to set as default Browsers). | Users are allowed to Set as default. For example, for Customers, users can select which Screen form and/or Browser will be set as default to work with. The Administrator has the additional right to mass-set default Screen forms and Browsers for users and/or groups.

| - Screens - Grid (no right to add/remove column).
- Browsers - Grid (no right to add/remove column). | This right functions restrictively. By granting it to a user, you restrict their ability to add/remove columns in [data grids](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268010/Data+Grids). |
| #### **Reports - Default & Custom** |
| - Reports - select (right to select Reports).
- Reports - design (right to design custom Reports).
- Reports - defaults (right to set as default Reports). | This right operates similarly to allowing access to Screens & Browsers. By granting a user the right:
- to select Reports, they are allowed to use the default Reports available in SOFT1 ERP (i.e those with the S1 logo)
- to design, they are allowed to modify Reports or design new/custom ones.
- to Set as Default, they are allowed to decide which Reports will be set as default for them. The Administrator has the additional right to mass-set Reports for users and/or groups. |
| Reports - no right to redirect | In Reports, users will not be allowed to redirect to the selected/clicked entry. |
| #### **Exports - right to print/export data** |
| - Reports - run (right to print to draft or image printers).
- Reports -run (right to export Browsers or Reports to file). | Users are allowed to send Reports to printers and/or export data by selecting from the available file formats. Both options are available in the status bar → . A 'printer' is defined as any item that appears below the line separating files export from printers.

| Exports - prohibition to export data from Grids | This function operates with restrictions. It restricts users' ability to print data that are part of a [data grid](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268010/Data+Grids). |
| Exports - Prohibition to export in .xxf | This function operates with restrictions. It restricts users' ability to export data in .xxf format. |
| #### **Imports & Alerts** |
| Imports - run (right to run imports). | Users are allowed to use the import tools in each SOFT1 ERP section/ object. |
| Alerts - design (right to design alerts). | Users are allowed to design [Alerts ](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268614/Soft1+ALERTS+-+Automated+job+execution)(Sidebar → Tools), meaning they can design conditions using this tool. |
| #### **Templates** |
| - Templates - select (right to select Templates).
- Templates - design (right to design - save Templates). | Users are allowed to design and/or use templates in entries/jobs/reports. |
