#### Access Rights from jobs screen
The Administrator can give access rights to any part of SOFT1 ERP as well as to jobs connected to that. To give access rights follow the steps below:
- **Select the Module/ Job/ Report **for you want to set an access right. For example, the **Stock Items** job.** **
- Click on the **key**, placed on the **Taskbar** of any **job**, to give, for example, access rights to the Stock Items list (**[Example](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/244056332/Access+Rights+from+Jobs+menu+or+Classic+menu)****).**
Provided that no any access rights have been given, namely, it is "Non-controlled" job, then the indication "**Everyone"** - "**All users and groups"** - "**Execute/View" **will be displayed at the grid.

To select the users/ groups that will have access rights to "Stock Items" you may:
- fill in the data directly into the grid lines, and/or
- use the "Mass Update" tool. Fill in the necessary data and click on "**Update**" to display the job results on the grid.
- Click on OK, at the bottom-right corner, to lock your selections. A "lock" icon will appear to the left of the job, indicating that, from this moment on, it is a "**Controlled**" job.
- Repeat the procedure for the jobs that are related to the object, e.g. the Related jobs to the Stock Items object. To select multiple objects, use + , or .
