In SOFT1 ERP, **Contacts **module is available to keep records of individuals who are not employees of the company. These individuals may or may not be related to Trading parties (Customers, Suppliers, Debtors, Creditors). The module provides a unified and comprehensive digital management for every individual who interacts with the business in any capacity or is relevant for any reason, without requiring a separate Trading Partners module.

ERP also provides a comprehensive relationship management (CRM) for the **Sales **and **Marketing **departments. It uses existing information from the other modules to provide a comprehensive view of the customer. More specifically:

🌀 Manages Contacts, Sales Actions, Sales Opportunities, and Marketing Actions Management.

🌀 Includes the following modules: Customers, Contacts, Employees, Projects, Documents, and Business Processes.

🌀 Provides automatic integration with Gmail and Office 365 for contacts, emails, and meetings. For Outlook, a dedicated Add-on enables data exchange between Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and emails with the corresponding SOFT1 ERP functions. This synchronization can be performed manually or via a sync command.
