Browsers/ Lists are a useful, necessary tool, that allows you to search and view data in several SOFT1 ERP modules. The first screen to appear when you click on a menu option, is the one with the Browser's " **Filters**", which you can use to search for records. Click on "**List**" to display the results based on the filters.

Upon displaying the results of a search on a list, the SOFT1 ERP user is able to perform several tasks, as to edit data and work on the records.

Specifically,

1. use the [**Task bar**](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268000/Task+bar), which is common and standard for all the application's objects, in order to view, copy, delete or group the records of a list.
2. right click on the title of a list to use the **Basic Operations,** in order to sort, group and edit the data of a list.
3. right click on a list's selected records to use the **Basic Tasks, **in order to massively edit them.
4. use the "**Related Jobs**" from the **Sidebar, **in order to display a list of related to the object jobs, as well as create your own tasks list by using the **Users Tasks, **with a simple drag & drop. Related jobs differ, depending on the record you click on, allowing you to perform tasks that concern the specific record (e.g. the Financial data of a SOFT1 Technologies S.A. customer).

In all SOFT1 ERP lists, you can perform the following simple actions:

- **Adjust columns width:** in order to conveniently adjust the columns of a data list.
- **Records Selection**: you can select records without any specific criterion (one at a time or per groups), using <Ctrl> + <A> or <Shift> <Up/Down Arrow>. The selected records are marked as bold and the user can massively edit them, by right-clicking on them.

- **Drag and Drop** columns, use the mouse to move columns.
