#### <span style="color: #ff6600">**SOFT1 ERP Configuration**</span>

- Download **S1ICSDibalGSeries.dll** from SOFT1 ERP  Common Area > Scales directory, and copy it to SOFT1 ERP  Installation directory.
- Edit SOFT1 ERP connection file (*.**xco**) adding **ADDON=S1ICSDibalGSeries.dll** command under the **APPLICATION** section.
- Re-login SOFT1 ERP and add to the personal user menu the following new job:

1. 
  - Job Type: dll Form
  - Command: S1ICSDibalGSeries.dll;InitForm
  - Title: Scale ICS G Series

- Save this job to the personal user menu and,
  - Click on it to setup the Com port, that is the port the scale device is connected to.
  - Click on <Default Settings> to fill in the rest options.
- In the **Stock Management parameters** click on <**Calculation (Value-Based)**> and select <**Of Discount 1**>.
- For each stock item you need to set up the following parameters:

1. 
  1. Set up **kilos** as **UoM** (unit of measure)
  2. Fill in **Retail price** field
  3. Avoid having a default/suggested quantity on Sales documents.

  


##### <span style="color: #ff6600">**SOFT1 ERP Operation**</span>

1. Create Retail documents through the jobs menu > Commercial Management > Sales.
2. Fill in the Doc. Series, the Customer, the Payment and then place on the scale the weighing items.
3. Enter the code of each stock item in document line and its weight will be filled automatically on the field “Quantity 1”.
4. Document payment will be posted following the known SOFT1 ERP process.
