You can easily find any information you need through the **User Tasks**. You can configure them according to your everyday tasks, by following the steps below:

1. Run the Browser/List you want such as a **Customers list**.

2. Click on **Jobs** in [Sidebar](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268788). On **User Tasks**, below Related Jobs, you can add a SOFT1 report and /or List with a simple drag & drop from the menu.  
Note that, Drag & drop function is activated only when the "**Single click to open a Menu option**" parameter from SOFT1 [System Settings](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268067) is **off.**

3. You can run any User Task for one or multiple records. In our example, select three customers and click on User Task to display results for the specific customers.

4. You can rename or delete any User Task, at any time, by right-clicking on the job.
