Manage credit cards in SOFT1 ERP via credit card machines. In the following tabs, you will find out the necessary configuration, which is common to EDPS and Cardlink terminals, as well as operating instructions.

Before you start managing credit cards in SOFT1 ERP, you need to configure the following:

After the necessary configuration is over and given the fact you have successfully connected the card machine, the proper buttons - that concern credit cards - will be added to the **Retail**, as well as **Customer Collections **screen forms.
> ❌ Make sure in the Retail document you have selected a** mixed payment method** (e.g. cash & credit cards). Moreover, in the** Cash Register** of the Branch, you will have to select the **credit card machine **(EDPS/Cardlink) that you will be using.
> ✅ Tip → If you wish the **collection document** to be automatically registered after the pay-off, you will have to declare it in the **Series** of the Retail document.
