The **Company Settings** define employees' options and rights in myWorkplace.

They are available only for <u>HR personnel</u> who decide which fields/data will be displayed/available to employees when they use myWorkplace.   
See below how to manage <u>Company Settings</u> based on your company's needs.

| **Show employees in Org Chart** | For all Employees,<br>- all employees that belong to the same organizational unit of the login employee, are displayed in the Org Chart from Personal Info.

| ** Home Page ** | Select what will automatically be displayed as the first option to employees when they log in to myWorkplace.  
For instance, having previously activated <u>Time Off</u> and setting them as Home page, the employee will be directed to that page.
