The **Organization Chart** represents graphically the organisational and administrative structure of a company. It highlights job positions, departments, and responsibilities that connect the employees and the administrative team and is available for <u>all employees</u> in **myWorkplace**.   
  
To be properly displayed, you need to:

⭐create <u>Organizational Units</u> and Job<u> Positions</u> in SOFT1 ERP and

⭐set the necessary [<u>Company Settings</u>](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189269084/myWorkplace+-+Company+Settings) in myWorkplace (HR employees).

Check below how you can manage and see your company's Org chart, based on your role, and how you can locate Employees' contact info using the Directories.
