Hyperlinks  are field titles or buttons located on SOFT1 ERP work screens that allow the user to navigate to the required information, thus facilitating daily tasks ( e.g., Sales Documents work screen → Customer profile ).   More specifically, Hyperlinks are used in SOFT1 ERP in a variety of ways, such as: to allow the user to view and/or update information and data related to a specific field ( e.g.,   Commercial Category and Salesperson in Customer profile), to redirect the user to a relevant Web page or e-mail app, e.g.,  the  email  and  Web page  fields in the Customer profile redirect to the email provider (Outlook) or the designated site, to inform the user about a job’s progress, e.g.,  the  Results  button.   Access to Hyperlinks is enabled by default for all users and applies to all links. To restrict access to a particular link, permissions must be set on the final destination. In this case, the user will receive the message ‘ Job is not available’ . To restrict access to all hyperlinks,  SOFT1 ERP hyperlinks: right to use   (Parameters → User & Rights → User → Core operations)  must be deactivated by the system’s Administrator.  Activate/ deactivate ‘Redirection to Active jobs’ ( System Settings → Parameters ) to be navigated to a separate tab or a pop-up window, respectively.   Right-click on a hyperlink, and based on where you work, different options will be displayed, such as: Refresh Data , to update/ refresh table data with the latest additions ( e.g., memory tables or Series ), New Entry  to save additional entries, a  Related job ,  e.g., to directly view a Customer’s Outstanding Orders in a Sales Document.
