To log in to the SOFT1 B. I. Data Lake service, first download the . pbit file corresponding to the template of your choice (e. g. SOFT1-PowerBI-SalesModel. pbit) from the SOFT1  Add-ons . Then choose from the following 2 ways.  Login using Microsoft Power BI Desktop Once you have downloaded  Microsoft Power BI Desktop , run the . pbit  file and then click  Sign in . In the authentication login form enter the Serial Number of your SOFT1 ERP installation (or alternatively the Site Name, i.  e. the website domain from which you access SOFT1 web & mobile applications/services) and the Username & Password you set during the creation of your    Web Account . Click Authenticate to authenticate your credentials. Click  Connect  and view your data via SOFT1 B. I.  Data Lake service, based on the selected template.    The  .pbit  file is the template that will be used for your first login to the SOFT1 B. I.  Data Lake service.  On exit, you will be asked to save any changes you made during your work to a .  pbix  file. Therefore, for each future login to the service, you will need to run the . pbix  file (not the .pbit file) that includes the saved changes. Login using Microsoft Power BI service Login to your  Microsoft Power BI  service account.  The service recognizes files with the extension . pbix . Save the . pbit  file by selecting the specified format. Select Get Data → Files → Local File, to enter the  .pbix  file in the service. Return to Home and select the template, to proceed to SOFT1 B. I.  Data Lake service.
