SOFT1 myWorkplace  is a modern HRM web app that gets everyone on board since it works as a corporate portal, to which all personnel of a company has access depending on their role (HR manager, executive, etc.).  From an easy-to-access  side menu,  on the left side of your screen. you can apply for  Leaves , process  Requests , get informed of  Evaluations , check the  Attendance Calendar ,   or   view  the  Company Directory , and the  Organization Chart. 💡 The first time you login to SOFT1 myWorkplace, you will be asked if you wish to receive real-time  push notifications  about company updates, pending requests, reminders, etc.  On the  main ribbon tabs,  some of the most  key  features of SOFT1 myWorkplace (Personal Data, Leaves, Requests, Evaluations, Attendance Calendar, etc. ) are displayed for even greater flexibility.    Additionally,  My  Calendar  and the  Announcements  display the most important company or personal updates, employees' obligations/responsibilities etc.   In the central bar, SOFT1 myWorkplace displays some of its most basic functions (Personal Info, Time Off, Requests, Evaluations, Attendance, etc. ) for enhanced convenience in organization and searches.  Additionally,   My Schedule  and  Latest Announcements  sections provide easy and straightforward access to obligations or important personal and corporate updates.  Click on the arrow next to your name, to get access to key options, such as  Personal Data ,  Change Password ,   or  Sign out  from the app. Moreover, advanced, and extended options are offered to the admin user (e.g., HR manager), such as the  Show Employee Data  and  Company Settings.  Select  ERGANI QR Code  to scan your individual digital work card in QR code format. 💡 Click  Hide  to make the side menu temporarily hidden. To restore it, press it again. 💡 Choose the  Dark Theme/Night Mode  feature to  activate the dark mode which is ideal for those who prefer less intense visual elements. thus, allowing you to work more efficiently and relaxed.
