The Alternative package makes quantity calculation in documents easier, as by typing its quantity, the corresponding Stock Item quantities are calculated/ filled in.  In the following example, Cellar S.A. purchases from its supplier Green Cola 330ml tins in Boxes or Pallets, which then sells to its retail customers in individual pieces or 6packs. --- ---
