A set of multiple auxiliary codes, such as **Barcodes** and **Factory** codes can be used for tracking and managing your Inventory. They can be created either manually or automatically, having previously set the desirable [Code Format](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268499/Code+format+and+automatic+codification) (menu → Parameters → Stock Management Parameters). 

Moreover, **Replacement** & **Associated **codes along with the main **Supplier** codes can be used as searching filters/criteria *(e.g. at Purchase Documents)* to simplify your company processes. You can also create **Alternative** codes for<span style="color: #333333"> all types of stock items, including those having variations </span><span style="color: #333333">*(e.g. colour-size).*</span>* *<span style="color: #172b4d"> </span>

**Auxiliary Codes** can be applied in **Transactions**, for example, upon searching an item in documents, and **Reports, **thus allowing you to view information regarding consolidated financial data when additional information is needed for the commercial monitoring of your inventory.
