#### **Additional features:**

- If you want to set further filters for your items, select **Categories** (**Expected** and **Reserved**). Moreover, you may set the **Status (Reserved)** or/and the **Payment Terms (Reserved)** and **Shipping method (Reserved)** set at sales orders.
- The suggested quantities to cover stock shortage may also result based on previous sales, e.g. **Sales - Previous year** /  **Sales - Previous months**, taking into account the exports qty <span style="color: #172b4d">(Inv. [Out] Qty) </span>of the selected periods. For example,
  - **Sales - Previous year**: if you select, e.g. July and August, the exports Qty within two specific months of the previous year will be also calculated (that is, balance – expected + reserved + previous year's July & August exports qty)
  - **Sales - Previous months**: if you select, e.g. July and August, the exports Qty within two specific months of the current year will be also calculated (that is, balance – expected + reserved + current year's July & August exports qty.)
- You may select **Rounding **of the suggested quantity, e.g. to 2nd UoM or To Purchases UoM.
- Activate the** Tendency Coef (%) **parameter - set at item's profile card (UoM, Alternative Codes <span style="color: #172b4d">→ Default Quantities, Stock Limits per W/h) - </span>to include it in the calculation. For example, if the suggested quantity to cover stock shortage is -based on the filters - 270 pieces and the Tendency Coef (%) set for the item is 20, then by activating the specific parameter, the suggested qty will be  270 + 20% = 324 pieces. This parameter functions exclusively along with the item's general stock limits.
- Set the **Date to **parameter to define the date, up to which, the pending stock quantities will be taken into consideration. For example, in case there are 30 pieces expected for a certain item from a purchase order on 15.11.2021, setting the 1.10.2021 date, at **Date to **parameter, these before-mentioned expected items will not be included in the suggested quantities.
- At the **Items to be order** tab, you may filter the items based on the W/h, for easier editing.
