#### <span style="color: #333399">▶️Create EAN Barcodes</span>

Create alternative codes for Stock items choosing one of the following procedures/jobs:

- Right click on one or more Purchase Documents. Select **Create EAN Barcodes. **It affects all **items participating in Purchase Documents**<span style="color: #172b4d">.</span>
- From Commercial Management → Stock Management → select **Create EAN Barcodes **related job. It affects the **items of your choice based on given filters.**
- <span style="color: #172b4d">Automatically, when creating/saving a new Item, provided that you have activated the respective parameters (Stock Management → Parameters).</span>

> ⚠️ 💡 To create EAN Barcodes, you should have previously fill in the **EAN prefix** field <span style="color: #172b4d">(Stock Management → Parameters → Barcodes tab). If no </span>ΕΑΝ<span style="color: #172b4d">-13 barcodes are used, </span><u><span style="color: #172b4d">according to the international standards</span></u><span style="color: #172b4d">, for example, 5203702003001, you can </span>create SKUs for internal inventory tracking. In this case also, 13-digit barcodes will be created for any other use.

  


<span style="color: #339966">▶ </span><span style="color: #ff6600">▶</span><span style="color: #666699"> </span>In case alternative codes have been created <u>previously, upon running the Create EAN Barcodes job</u>, select one of the following filter combinations to achieve the desirable result.
