### <span style="color: #333399">**SOFT1 User Rights**</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">The Administrator is responsible to define which users or/and Groups of users will have access rights to several SOFT1 ERP operations</span>.  
To set a user as an Administrator one, activate the "**Administrator**" flag from User's profile card (menu: **Parameters> Users & Rights**).

<span style="color: #172b4d">The Administrator can define:</span>

- which **Company/ies** & **Branch/es **the SOFT1 ERP user will have access to, as well as which **Series **will be available for them in order to post documents in SOFT1 ERP.  Read more at  **Access to Companies - Branches - Document Series** tab.
- <span style="color: #172b4d">which </span>**Core Operations**<span style="color: #172b4d"> - UI related mostly - the SOFT1 ERP user will have access to.  Read more at  </span>**Access to Core Operations **tab.
- <span style="color: #172b4d">which </span>**SOFT1 ERP or Custom jobs**<span style="color: #172b4d">, the SOFT1 ERP user/Group of users will have access to.  Read more at  </span>**Access to SOFT1 ERP jobs** tab.

#### <span style="color: #333399">▶️Access to Companies - Branches - Document Series</span>

#### <span style="color: #0000ff">Restricted (specific companies only)</span>

<span style="color: #222222">You can define the </span>**Company/ies**<span style="color: #222222"> & </span>**Branch/es**<span style="color: #222222"> that the user will be working on, as well as the </span>**Cash Register**.

<span style="color: #172b4d">On the User's profile card, in tab [Access to Companies], fill in the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Company**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> & </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Branch**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> fields with the data that will be suggested in the SOFT1 ERP login screen, as well as the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Cash Register**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> that will be suggested in documents.</span>

#### ▶️<span style="color: #333399">Access to SOFT1 ERP jobs</span>

<span style="color: #222222">SOFT1 ERP jobs are divided into </span>**Non-Controlled**<span style="color: #222222"> and </span>**Controlled**<span style="color: #222222">. The distinction is clear as soon as at least one access right is given to a SOFT1 ERP job</span>.
