SOFT1, within the framework of enhancing the quality and value of its services towards its customers, provides the following for each SOFT1 ERP installation:   1.  Web preview  and management of installation info/ data. 2.  Preview and print of the effective contract between the customer and SOFT1.    More specifically, the following are available: • The modules included in the your SOFT1 ERP installation. • Company communication info/data. • The number of active users. • SOFT1 partner data, who is in charge of the installation. Furthermore, you may edit the communication data is order to keep them always updated. The above-mentioned options are available at SOFT1 ERP  System Bar  by selecting, License data Web & Mobile Licenses About At every SOFT1 ERP installation you can view and print the effective contracts. An Internet connection is required to access the installation(s) information. The aforementioned options are available from Tools Menu → System → Tools. You may define the users' access rights.
