In SOFT1 ERP grids, you can insert data by using the "**Browser Data**" option. In the following example, you will see how to quickly and easily input Stock items in a document, e.g. a Sales document.

1. In a new Sales document, insert data from any browser/ list by:
  - **right-clicking** on the title of the "Code" or "Description" column and
  - selecting "**Browser data**".

2. Use the default or another Stock items' Browser, found in the Sidebar. Search for the desired entries by applying filters, data sorting and/or grouping (e.g. Grouping per commercial category).
  Use
  + click to select specific entries **or**

or

3. Click on
  to insert the selected Stock items into the document.
