In a SOFT1 ERP list, you can filter dynamically the entries, apply multiple filters and/or design new custom filters to display the information you need.
Find out in the following indicative examples, how to apply and design filters:

### **1. Filter / Filter to Exclude this**
Filter the entries of a List (e.g. of Customers), according to the Location Area, the Zip code, the Industry Group e.t.c., displaying or excluding the specific results. More specifically:
1. select a client that belongs to the specific Industry Group (e.g. Clothing - Footwear - Leather Goods),
2. right-click on the heading of the specific column and
3. select <**Filter**> or <**Filter to Exclude this**> to either display or exclude the results of the specific category.

### **2. Basic filter design**
Apply multiple - dynamic filters **on the entries of a SOFT1 ERP List**, to one or more columns, by selecting the data that you want to display. The selected filters operate concurrently.

### **3. Advanced filter Design**
Design custom filters for even more targeted results by clicking on "**Design..."**, where you can:
1. define new filters, which will be applied concurrently,
2. edit the existing filters by modifying the conditions/groups,
3. save the filters you designed in order to use them in the future.

> ✅ Tip → At the footer of the List you can: 1) view the History of used filters, 2) activate/deactivate specific filters as well as 3) delete all the filters.
