> ⚠️ - *System settings are also available from SOFT1 Tools Menu → System → Tools. You may include them in the **[Users & Group menu](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/244351212/Soft1+Menus%2F+Portal%2F+Hyperlinks)** and define access rights.  *
> ⚠️ - *Systems settings are also saved/stored in the "xplorer.cfg" file. The file is different per workstation and saved in the path "c:\Documents and settings\<windows login username>\ Application data\ SOFT1\ xplorer.cfg".*  
> ⚠️ *Although saving the parameters in a file, facilitates the Supporters & IT Managers to send ready sets of parameters to the users, it is suggested not to intervene/ editing the content of this file. *
> ⚠️ - *You may possibly need to relogin to see the changes made after setting certain parameters.*
> ⚠️ - *Whichever selection is made in ****Reports**** tab will be visible/applicable from every workstation. *
