Document columns design is a powerful tool that allows you to create fixed columns templates that will appear on each document, giving you the ability to both save time and avoid mistakes while saving data. While creating a new document, click on "Series" to display certain columns on the document's grid.  Where to find them Follow the path: Parameters Menu > Commercial Management > Sales or Purchases or Stock Management etc > Document Columns Design, to find the ready for use columns templates, or design a new one.  Alternatively, you can find them through: Document's Type > Basics > Setup > Columns Design. How to design them Click on "New" to display the fields that are suggested by the application per tab (Items, Services, Fixed Assets). On the left side of the screen, you will find the available columns/ fields. Drag & drop the fields that you wish to add to as columns or double click on them. Use the arrows to set the fields' position. You can also delete a field by clicking on "X". For each selected column, use the "Column properties" to configure the selected column/field, according to the following parameters:  Title : enter the description that will appear in the column"s header. Length:  define the column's length.  Bold : select "YES"  to make the column's  values (data) bold. Italic : select "YES"  to make the column's values (data) italic.
