SOFT1 Taskbar  is designed to be used at any SOFT1 ERP entity/object  (e.g. Customers, Stock Items, Documents) and it varies per job type (Jobs, Browsers/Lists, Reports). See below the description for each button/functionality of the task bar, based on the module/type of job. Activate Hide Toolbar titles ( System Settings → Parameters tab → Display) if you want the Task bar icons to have an informative caption with a simple mouse hover.  Click on the List to display the available entries/records and set the  Filters,  to carry out data searches quickly and efficiently.  Select the   Grouping  tool to group data in SOFT1 Lists/Browsers (vertical or horizontal grouping) and Template Lists , to design/select a dynamic or static list .  Create a  New  Entry by either using or not, any of the SOFT1 Templates , even by copying the data of the most recent displayed entry ( Copy ). Select View to see any selected entry/record from the list.  Click  Save to create/modify any entry/record. Click Cancel  to cancel any recent changes/modifications and select Delete  to delete an already created/saved entry/record (if allowed) confirming your action to the pop-up confirmation dialogue box.   Proceed to the Previous or the Next created/saved entry/record. Use the  Pivot Analysis & QlikView tools for further data analysis or Fast Report Preview to to dynamically manage the data you are interested in before printing.   The  Print and  Define User Access Rights buttons are available at any job type.  Click the Key icon to define the access rights per Users/Groups (Define Access Rights).  Select Print data of a Document's list/report through any of the available printing methods (MS Office, physical/cloud printer etc.). The Run button/option is available not only in SOFT1 jobs to execute them but also in SOFT1 reports. This way, in combination with the Filters, the proper results will be displayed. If you click Multi-company to run a Report the results for the selected companies will be displayed. In particular, for each selected Company a separate report will be opened. The Multi-company button does not perform data integration. Nevertheless, if you wish to perform data integration between companies, you are offered the following options: Use the Trading Parties Control Reports, where the Company is available as a filter and the T.R.N. is a data integration criterion, for example, Summary Statement, Trading Parties Journals etc.  or  activate/ create Groups of Companies schema/model to handle common master files thus covering a wide range of business requirements.
