Use the **List Scheduler **to schedule browsers to autorun, at any time you wish. 

To schedule a browser to run automatically, please follow the steps below: 

 

#### **Step #1**

Select a Browser from the Sidebar. For example,  the "Turnover per period" browser from the Sales Statistics.

#### **Step #2**

Select the <Tools> tab and then click on <Schedule>

#### **Step #3**

From the scheduler screen, you are able to:

- Fill in the "**Executed by**" field, or, in other words, select the user for whom you want to schedule the browser autorun.

- Set the **Scheduling** parameters, i.e. the Start time, the Recurrence (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and the Active period of the browser's execution. In the example below, the browser will autorun weekly, every Monday and Friday, at 16:20, for the period from 15.02.2018 to 31.12.2018.  
Click on <Accept> to save your selections.

- Activate the **AutoRun** option, in case you wish to automatically display the results list. Leave the field empty to display the browser's filters.

- Review the browsers that are** Scheduled **to autorun.

#### **Step #4**

Click on <**Accept**> to save your selections and activate the automatic execution of the browser.

When the user logs into SOFT1 ERP, the scheduled executions will autorun, even if their execution time has passed.

**Example**: If you schedule a List to run automatically daily at 09:30 and you log in to SOFT1 ERP at 09:45, then the List will autorun by the time you log in, i. e.  at 09:45.   

  


**Tip! **In order to activate browsers autorun via** List Scheduler**, select the related option from the System Settings.
