| yes | | #### **In which version is the AI service available? ** | The AI service is available starting from version **600,623** - **SOFT1 ERP AI Series ** |
| no | | #### Can the AI substitute a certified consultant? | No, the AI operates complementarily to the expertise of certified consultants and does not replace them. A certified consultant understands the business logic, the specific needs of the client, and the process of solving complex issues. While the AI can handle repetitive tasks and support daily operations, system configuration, strategic decision-making, and final quality control require human knowledge and judgment. |
| yes | | #### **Are the recipes provided with the purchase of the AI service? Are they customizable?** | Yes, the Recipes are ready-to-use and available immediately upon purchasing the service, even with the entry-level package (C1). Currently, they are not customizable, as they consist of standardized analyses that follow a specific, predefined logic. |
| yes | | #### **Where can I find instructions on how to install and use the AI service? ** | You can find detailed instructions at [SOFT1 AI](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/1848049871) |
| yes | | #### **Is voice-to-text input available in the chat?** | This feature is currently unavailable. |
| yes | | #### **Is it possible to have multiple AI Agent windows open at the same time?** | Yes. Each AI Agent operates within an independent, concurrent chat session. |
| no | | #### When entries are created in SOFT1 ERP using an AI agent, is there a flag to verify the accuracy of the data? | Yes. You can set instructions for each agent—for instance, specifying that every record generated by the AI is initially saved as a Draft for human review. Prior to any creation, modification, or deletion, the AI Agent always requests confirmation from the user. |
| yes | | #### **Can an agent delete customer or supplier VAT numbers?** | The agent always operates strictly within the access permissions assigned to the logged-in user. If the user does not have permission to edit VAT numbers, the agent cannot modify them. Furthermore, explicit confirmation is requested before any changes are made. |
| yes | | #### **Is there a tool available for prompt evaluation (at the client level)?** | The platform already features robust built-in firewalls and content filtering. A specialized prompt evaluation tool designed for partners is currently under development and is not yet available. |
| no | | #### Are report analysis and system prompting tools available for **analyzing ** incorrect results? | Report analysis tools and system prompts for analyzing incorrect results are two distinct yet complementary capabilities within an ERP/AI environment. The former focus on capturing and analyzing operational data, while the latter guides AI behavior to verify, interpret, and evaluate results.<br>For security and data protection purposes, full access to the system prompting is restricted. However, controlled configuration mechanisms are supported, such as:<br>- System Prompt Extension per Agent** **(AI Portal → Instructions per agent)
- Custom skills & specialized instructions: Designed to align AI behavior with the specific requirements of each business role or process. |
| yes | | #### **Are logging and monitoring tools available in the current version of the AI Portal?** | Logging and monitoring tools are currently under development. |
| no | | #### **Can we allow the user to manually invoke a specific skill?** | Manual invocation is not currently supported. Skills are triggered automatically by the agent. |
| no | | #### **Is it possible to create custom skills and assign them to AI agents? ** | Yes, you can create custom skills and assign them to agents. Each skill belongs to its creator within the AI Portal and can be selectively enabled only for the specific installations (/sn) that have been granted usage rights. |
| no | | #### **Is the import (e.g., of items) performed via CreateObject, web services, or another method?** | Internally, agents utilize standard SOFT1 Web Services (setData/getBrowserInfo endpoints). They do not use CreateObject or direct SQL queries. This ensures that SOFT1’s business logic (validations, triggers, General Ledger bridges) is properly executed for every entry. |
| yes | | #### **Can the agent leverage historical data and previous entries when creating a new entry?** | Yes. Agents have access to the application's historical data (subject to user access rights). When creating a new entry, the agent can look up similar previous entries and suggest values based on historical patterns. |
| yes | | #### **How can Agent Aris assist me?** | Aris is designed as the exclusive assistant for ERP partners. He has full access to SOFT1 technical documentation, including manuals, README files, module analyses, forms, and BAM & SOFT1 processes, as well as implementation examples. This knowledge base is continuously updated, automatically integrating info from every new software release. |
| yes | | #### **Can Aris create browsers or screen forms?** | Currently, Aris does not create browsers or screen forms autonomously. He supports tasks related to local fields or configuration within SOFT1 ERP. |
| yes | | #### **Does Aris support scripting for end-to-end custom implementations (Designer, SBSL Script, etc.)?** | Aris can assist with code writing: he suggests SBSL scripts, JavaScript/ActiveScript, and Designer instructions. He acts as an AI-powered “code advisor”—he generates the code, but the implementation is carried out by the ERP consultant. |
| yes | | #### **Can an agent analyze browser data using instructions saved in the browser Design? If not now, will it be supported in the future?** | Currently, the agent operates at the record level and does not utilize saved instructions from the Browser Designer. In the future, through the AI Configurator, users will be able to define which information is accessible to the AI on a per-object basis, addressing this specific requirement. |
| yes | | #### **For custom scenarios, does Aris recognize the tables/DB views that exist in the database, or only those defined in the Designer?** | The agent recognizes objects that have been defined in the Designer (Repository). Raw tables or DB views that have not been registered in the Designer are not automatically accessible. Data Agents are planned to handle these specific use cases. |
| no | | #### **If we have a custom type that does not generate movements but we want it included in the AI responses, can we define it?** | Yes, this can be configured at two levels:<br>1. AI Configurator (Application level): specifies which objects/types are available in AI.
2. AI Portal (Custom Skills): directs the agent to custom objects via Data Agents *(currently under development)*. |
| no | | #### **Are there plans to support the Model Context Protocol (MCP)?** | Yes, this is included in the product roadmap for future implementation:<br>- Inbound MCP: Connecting custom MCP servers to the agents via the AI Portal.
- Outbound MCP: ENTERSOFTONE will expose native MCP server |
