#### 🤓 <span style="color: #0747a6">**Note that**</span>

✔️ Whether you have completed a custom setup or wish to use the SOFT1 ERP default setup, the Data Export job must run **manually the first time** to update the search engine.

✔️ Then, it is performed **automatically every 5 minutes,** **updating **the search engine with the** latest data.**

✔️ If any changes are made to the setup,** manually re-run **the job.

✔️ The **Date/time of last execution** is saved so that subsequent runs only transmit Entity data for Entities that were added or modified since the last synchronization. This behavior can be customized in the Set Job Behavior by Entity section.
