In SOFT1 ERP, the **Copy from another company** feature is available through the Employees' profile.

More specifically:

1. **create an employee in the same company**, which can be used **as a template to create new profiles, ***e.g., for new recruitments,*
2. **transfer **an **employee** to **another company of the group**, copying their information fully or partially, with the additional option to edit the data.

> ⚠️ *Employees' Leave days (Employee’s Profile → Leave/Sick/Absence tab) recorded in the previous company are not transferred to the new one.*
