Through the application, by selecting the icon, you switch to SOFT1 on Windows Azure console.

To use the console (except for the operation <Certify this computer> ) you must enter the code to go into administration mode.

Choose <Administration Mode> and a window appear s where you enter the Password that you have as administrator.

**Certify this computer**

The <Certify this computer> option is used by users in order to certify a specific computer which will have access to the application (it is the computer they have logged in). In the "Certification Code" field you set the code given to you by the administrator (the certification has been previously performed through <Certifications> ).

**Certifications**

The <Certifications> option is used in cases where access to the installation is controlled. With this option you define the computers which will have access to the application.

To add a PC choose the symbol   and in the [Certification data] area set the name of the machine in the field "Certification Name". By choosing <Reset Code> and <Save Changes> the save process is completed.

To apply the access rules you need to select the parameter [ActivateAccessRules].

**Firewall Rules**

Using the <Firewall Rules> option you grant specific IP rights. Select the symbol  for a new entry and in the [Rule data] area, in the field "Certification Name" enter the name you want (e.g. you can type "Glyfada" to indicate whatever concerns the Glyfada store).  In the fields "IP Range Start" and "IP Range End" you set the IP. By choosing <Save Changes> the save process is completed.

To apply the access rules you need to select the parameter [Activate Access Rules].

► Info: if you do not have a static IP you should not use the Firewall rules.

**Unlock Support**

By selecting <Unlock Support> you define access rights for a specific period of time (hour).

**Database Storage**

Here the database backups are stored. It is possible to create backup, upload a backup to the platform, and download a backup from the platform to the computer.

► Info: in case of Upload, the file should have an *.xdt or *.zbcp extension

► Info: You will find detailed instructions in the  wiki section Azure:Process for the transition of  & Backup databases from Azure -Restore (zbackup mechanism).
