Set your Employees' **Specialties, Skills/Assets**, <u>massively</u>/<u>individually,</u> or view the ones already saved in CLOUDSHIFT. Since data [Synchronization](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EL/pages/606962227) with SOFT1 ERP is performed, Specialties, Skills/Assets are available as designed in SOFT1 ERP.

Click **Specialties** from the *menu → Parameters.*  
👉* If data **[Synchronization](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EL/pages/606962227)** is available in SOFT1 ERP menu, make sure that it is completed, to make it available in CLOUDSHIFT. In this case, no modifications via CLOUDSHIFT are allowed.*

If data<span style="color: #ff991f"> </span><span style="color: #ff991f">[Synchronization](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EL/pages/606962227)</span> with SOFT1 ERP is not available, work as follows:

1. Select **Add Specialty.**
2. Fill in the preferred <u>Specialty,</u> e.g.* PR Manager, *of <u>Skills</u>*,e.g. Excellent computer skills *and <u>Asset,</u> *e.g. Being active, *required to create the Work Plan.
3. Click **Add** to save the changes or  **Delete **them.  
👉 *Select the ****Mass upload**** of the Specialties from the **<u>Default file </u>**of CLOUDSHIFT or a preferred one*.
