Manage CLOUDSHIFT  Parameters  to activate the required data for CLOUDSHIFT   processes ( e.g.   creating Work Plans, shift management, employee availability, etc. ). More specifically:  Make sure that you are logged into the preferred  Company . Check that the minimum/maximum hours, days, and shift zone parameters are properly set in  Company Settings . Perform  Synchronization   (optional)   to update CLOUDSHIFT with the data from SOFT1 ERP. View and manage the  Employees  file,  Work centers ,  Specialties, Skills/Characteristics  in CLOUDSHIFT  if  Synchronization  with SOFT1 ERP is available. Create  Job Positions   linked to Employees and  Day Types  (working days).  As a Company Manager:  View  Work Plans Sent  to HRMS. Create the preferred users in  Manage Users   and define roles for specific access to CLOUDSHIFT (e.g. Company management, Work Center management, etc.).
