Use the **Synchronization **process -if it is available in the menu- to update CLOUDSHIFT, using the data set in SOFT1 ERP (Employees File, Skills/Attributes, Work centers, Contracts and Working hours).<span style="color: #0747a6"> </span>

#### ➡️ <span style="color: #ff991f">Note that</span>

In Employees Profile, in SOFT1 ERP:

- The <u>Active</u> flag is enabled.
- **Working** **hours** are set.
- **Education/Foreign Languages **and **Skills/Attributes **are defined.
- **Employment agreement/contract **is selected.
- **Work centers **are created to be assigned to **Job Positions.**
- **Leave/Sick/Absence** is updated.

#### <span style="color: #ff991f"> </span>➡️<span style="color: #ff991f"> Synchronization</span>

##### <span style="color: #ff991f">→ Provider / Company Domain / Web account</span>

You may** **work as follows:

1. Select **Synchronization **(*menu → Parameters)*,
2. Set **Supported Providers **and** Company Domain name**, namely, the website name you use to access SOFT1 web & mobile/services) and then, click **Login.**
3. In the pop-up window, fill in the **Username **& **Password **set when creating your **Web account** to access CLOUDSHIFT and then, click **Login.**

##### <span style="color: #ff991f">→ Frequency / Synchronization data</span>

1. Select **Sync frequency** *e.g. every 1 hour*, for i.e. *Employees, Specialties, Contracts etc. *  
👉 *You can start the Synchronization process immediately if you wish to set it up earlier.*
2. Click **Synchronize**.** **👉 *Click ****Cancel ****if you wish to**** ****to stop the process.*

> ⚠️ *Select whether or not you wish, during Employee Synchronization, to create corresponding users and set roles for them. This way, they will have access to specific CLOUDSHIFT jobs/sections, e.g. Company Management, Work Center Management, etc.*

3. **Save **your changes to start the Sync process and update CLOUDSHIFT with the required data.

#### ➡️ <span style="color: #ff991f">Sync Results</span>

Select again **Synchronization **from the menu** **to:

- view Date & Time of the **Last Sync,** the data for which the process was performed *(e.g. Employees file, Specialties, Contracts etc.).*
- view and edit again the Sync frequency.
- Click **Logout **to:
  - log in to CLOUDSHIFT using a new web account, in case the previous account is deleted, or to
  - change the password for the web account you used to log in CLOUDSHIFT.
