Through the trading party, in Related jobs (symbol   ) you can display the Financial data, the card, the unpaid documents, etc for the selected trading party.

**Financial data **

The financial data is a screen page that displays data that change on line through daily business activity (i.e. turnover).   Financial data are always updated by transactions.  They are displayed cumulatively, analyzed per period, as well as in comparison with past years. 

 

**Brief financial overview**

The <Brief financial overview> displays summary data that refer to the specific trading party entry and originate from its transactions. 

 

**Money-Time**

Page <Money -Time> displays the financial indexes (see more information in chapter "Trading parties indexes"). 

 

**Period data**

<Period data> displays in a grid format data distributed per period. Period allocation is based on the date of the transactions. Additionally there is also display of Op. balance data - that is, the data related to the beginning of the fiscal year.

**Aggregate data**

<Aggregate data> displays the data of the aggregates that may be used in the installation. 

 

**Comparison data**

<Comparison data> displays the data of the brief financial overview compared to previous financial years.  

 

 

**Transactions  (L.C.) **

<Transactions> displays the trading party card for the current year. Selecting <Questions> displays filters for date interval, Branch, Warehouses and transactions. 

The values are listed in local currency.

**Transactions (C.C.) **

<Transactions> displays the trading party card for the current year. Selecting <Questions> displays filters for date interval, Branch, Warehouses and transactions. 

The values are listed in the customer's currency.

 

**Transactions (T.C.) **

This card displays the transactions based on the transaction currency. From <Questions> select the currency and the respective transactions of the trading party are displayed.

 

**Unpaid documents**

Displays the unpaid documents of the trading party.

In related jobs you can also see the following: 

- Outstanding notes
- Outstanding orders
- Outstanding cheques
- Customer market transactions which display the cumulative transactions, including analysis of their lines

 

- Analysis of sales and orders per item
- Installations
- Crm actions posted for the specific trading party.
- Balance per company (in case the trading party is created in other companies too).

 

Moreover, through the related jobs of the trading party you can post a sales, collection, special transaction document.
