In module Parameters / General ledger / Reports/Printouts you have the ability to design the following options:

- User-defined journals
- Official journals

## User-defined journals

In option Parameters / General Ledger / Reports/Printouts/ User defined journals you have the ability to design journals (not official) in order to run your daily checks. In user-defined journals, non-finalized entries are printed too.

The journals designed in this module are displayed in option Jobs / General ledger / Reports/Printouts / User defined journals:

## Official journals

In module Parameters / General ledger / Reports/Printouts / Official journals you have the ability to design your official journals. Specifically, you indicate the entries to be printed on each journal. The journal is displayed in the entry posted and the printout shows **only **the finalized entries.
