In Marketing campaign complete the following:

- Identity
- Part of: connects the campaign with a project.
- Status: complete the campaign status.
- Category: complete the campaign category.

► Info: The status includes the Status information of the project types to which it shall be applied, while for sales opportunities includes the probability % information

  
 **Forecast / Target**

- Revenue: enter the amount you calculate to acquire as revenue from the specific marketing campaign - forecast.
- Expenses: enter the amount you calculate to get as expenses from the specific marketing campaign - forecast.
- Module: set the trading parties module (customers, suppliers, external / internal people) to which the marketing campaign is to be executed.
- Default: select the list of trading parties to which the marketing campaign shall be materialized. In order to define the list, i.e. from a customer file, select the desired customers and right click to add them to the defaults. The entries created in defaults are the ones proposed as default.

**Dates**

- Enter the dates of Creation, Start, End and Closing of marketing campaign.
- Termination: set to "Yes" if the campaign is interrupted.
- Termination date: enter the termination date of the campaign.

  
 **Organization**  
 Enter the branch, department and Business unit of the company.

  
 **<Job group>**

In <Job group> grid, enter the users / people who will work for this specific campaign.

  
 **<ROI> (**Return On Investment**)**

 

Grid displays the accounting campaign data. Specifically:

- Campaign responses: the number of actions linked to the specific campaign. The connection of actions with the campaign is executed through actions - Response: "Yes". Using the Link operation displays the list of campaign actions / responses.
- Sales lead: the number of actions that have resulted from the campaign and refer to leads (field lead updated: Yes).
- Open opportunities: the sales opportunities that are in progress (open).
- Earned opportunities: the sales opportunities having the status "Completed".
- Lost opportunities: the sales opportunities having the status "Canceled".
- Est. revenue: the total estimated revenue of open opportunities.
- Revenue: the actual revenue from the campaign (i.e. sales invoice).
- Expenses: the expenses connected to the campaign.
- ROI (%): the result of the estimated revenue of earned opportunities minus (-) the expenses divided by the expenses.

  
   
 At the lower part of the marketing campaign the following options are available:

- Save action: you can create a new action directly from the marketing campaign. In this action the default project is the specific marketing campaign.
- Save opportunity: enter a sales opportunity through the campaign. The sales opportunity is automatically set as part of the specific campaign.
- Send email: send email automatically to all customers set as default. The email action has as its project the specific campaign.
