## Allocation models

In option Parameters / Cost accounting/ Allocation models you can create models that define the cost accounting entry accounts to be created from cost accounting entries.

In particular, the following fields are set:

- Code: In this field you set the allocation model code.
- Name: In this field state the name of the allocation model.
- Series: Define the series of the cost accounting under which the cost accounting entry resulting from the allocation model is to be posted.
- Analysis: There are two methods to analyze the value of the entry arising in cost accounting using the allocation models:
  - With percentage: With this analysis method, the value of the account of the general ledger is analyzed in cost accounting, based on the percentage defined in column <Participation rate>. The sum of percentages may not exceed 100%.
  - Proportionally: With this analysis method, the value of the account of the general ledger analyzed in cost accounting, is allocated proportionally based on the weight rate defined in column <Participation rate>. In particular, you define the units based on which you with to allocate value.

Allocation method: In this field you can set the allocation method of the cost accounting entry. The following methods are available:

- Allocation
- Charging
- Re-allocation

## Account categories

Using option Parameters / General Ledger / Account categories you can create the groups of accounts to be defined in the accounts file.

Using option Parameters / Cost accounting/ Groups of Accounts (1) you can create groups of accounts, which are to be defined in the accounts file.  

## Groups of accounts (2)

Using option Parameters / Cost accounting/ Groups of Accounts (2) you can create groups of accounts, which are to be defined in the accounts file
