It is possible to directly enter production documents also by using the job "Bills of materials from documents". Bills of materials are created from already entered production documents.

In the job you choose the calendar period and the order of production documents already entered.

If the field "Convert to product UOM" select "No"; the bill of materials will have completed the quantities as are in the documents (quantity of products, raw materials, cost data units). If "Yes" is selected, then the quantity of product in the BOM will suggest the unit and the quantities of raw materials and the cost data units will be calculated proportionally.

 

Upon completion of the job, BOMs will have been created based on the data in the production documents. Also, these BOMs will have also been completed in the corresponding field in the production documents.
