In the production parameters set the following:

1. Account-based costing (Entries). The Series to be used for the automatic creation of cost accounting entries during the costing process. Specifically:

- Series of the entry for cost centers charging: (Cr.92-Dbt.93) the expenses of the cost centers of 92 are brought forward to production.
- Series of the entry for charging consumption cost:   (Cr.94-Dbt.93) Raw material is brought forward to production.
- Series of the entry for production costs charging:   (Cr.93-Dbt.94) production cost is brought forward to item.

 

The values of 92 are derived from cost data 

Accounts 93 are set through the items file in the Production cost account. 

Accounts 94 are set through the items file in the Stock account. 

 

1. Account-based costing (Inventory). The series to be used for the automatic creation of inventory documents during the costing process. Specifically:

- Inventory consumption document Series - the design of the document type transaction must be:
  - Exports values: Increases
  - Invoiced Export quantities: Increases
  - Invoiced Exports values: Increases
  - Consumption value: Increases.

 

- Inventory production document series. The document type must include Inventory transactions (for the production cost), Direct labor transactions (for labor costs) and G.P.C.
  - Inventory transaction
    - Imports values: increases
    - Invoiced quantity of imports: increases
    - Invoiced Value of imports: increases
    - Production value: increases
    - Cost of materials: increases

 

- Labor cost transaction
  - Imports values: increases
  - Invoiced Value of imports: increases
  - Production value: increases
  - Labor cost: increases

 

- G.P.C. transaction
  - Imports values: increases
  - Invoiced Imports values: increases
  - Production value: increases
  - G.P.C. cost: increases
