## Call Parameters

### Call documents type

Here you enter the customer call types i.e. for an appointment of the technicians within or outside the company, etc. Enter the code and name and select the behavior of the transaction from the table. If desired, during call posting you can define the service rendering by setting behavior field to value 52, or value 51 for items. Of course, you can select both 2 uses. Moreover, if you complete the department in the respective field, then this shall be provided as default for each new entry for the specific call type. Finally, you can specify the column fields for items and

services on the call posting lines.  

### Call documents series

Enter the call series and connect them to the Types previously updated to the system.

On the lower part of the screen, you will notice 2 fields for the completion of the <Folder> and <Received> series. These are used if you wish the data of item and services entries of a call to produce Received transactions for the item in the sales module and Service Folder for the preparation and monitoring of the service.

## Posting and use of calls

<**Calls**> : Here, you can post documents having as behavior in transaction Type [101 (appointment)] or [102 (technicians appointment)]. Enter the customer, department, employee (where the employees file has property "technician - 33 code), the item received and the service.

When posting a call, you have the ability to create automatically 2 documents - a services folder and a quantitative reception slip. A prerequisite is to set these series in the series data of the call.

From the browser, select the desired call and right click on it. Select "Related documents" and there is simultaneous recording of the transactions in the corresponding module. When the process is completed, the call ceases to be in pending status and is updated as [Processed]. If not run, the call can be canceled through right-clicking using the browser. This updates the call with the value [Canceled] and can not proceed to the next stage.

Finally, in the related jobs of the call, you can view in related documents the entries created and the related documents already attached or desired to be attached.
