### Accounting Categories

Categories sorting and grouping in order to monitor different Accounting accounts. Their creation ensures proper 

display of information, thus facilitating the end-user as they automate some processes.  

Create new accounting category

First, basic data must be completed (code, abbreviation, brief description and whether entry is active or not). 

In "Categories" select the item type (Normal, Gift, Warranty, Bailment, Third party sales), as well as whether it is 

consumable or produced item.    

Then there must be definition of the interface of the new category with the General / Cost Accounting Accounts and 

the and Revenue - Expenses Accounts.

Commercial categories sorting and grouping for monitoring different company items/ products. Their creation ensures proper display of information, thus facilitating the end-user as they automate some processes.  

Create new Commercial category

First, basic data must be completed (code, abbreviation, brief description and whether entry is active or not). 

Then there must be determination of the VAT regime, the proposed unit of measurement, the Account related to it and whether KE.P.Y.O. is to be informed.
