## Currencies

Currencies are entered using menu Parameters > International transactions. At this point you must define the currencies that the company wishes to manage, as well as certain settings with regard to the decimals displayed in their indications. This table of currencies is available in all jobs of the program using foreign currencies.

- in the basic trading party data. Through the related jobs, you can view transactions on the basis of local currency, document currency, transaction currency.
- in the documents. In tab <International transactions>, you can view values according to exchange rate, expressed in document currency, local currency and customer currency.
- in inventory items and in countries, and generally in all master data.

## Exchange rates

Through menu Jobs > International transactions, you may enter the Εxchange rates for all foreign currencies monitored/ used in business transactions (fixing values, purchase values, sales values - daily). The exchange rates are used in all application actions employing currency conversion (imports costing, exchange rate gains and losses, etc.).

 


 

Based on the <Report currency> by selecting <Get Rates> will automatically complete the rates for all currencies involved in the grid. A basic requirement is the completion of the field <International code> in the card of each currency.

The rate to be completed is the one will be used by the application to calculate values in other currencies in terms of your Company currency
